Refund Policy

These Rules define the procedure for refunding payments made on the website.

1. General provisions

1.1. Payment on the website is made as a voluntary payment for participation in the project support programme (subscription).

1.2. Payments are processed by FOP Davydenko Ivan Ivanovych.

1.3. By making a payment, the user confirms their agreement to these Rules.

2. Conditions for refunds

2.1. The user has the right to request a refund in the following cases:

  • erroneous payment
  • technical error during payment
  • double charge

2.2. A refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of payment.

2.3. To process a refund, please contact us using the details below and provide:

  • Full name of the payer
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Proof of payment (receipt or screenshot)
  • Reason for the request

3. Refund procedure

3.1. After reviewing the request, a decision on the refund is made within 3 business days.

3.2. If approved, funds are returned to the same payment card from which the payment was made.

3.3. The crediting time depends on the issuing bank and may take up to 10 business days.

4. Limitations

4.1. Refunds are not made if the payment was made voluntarily and without errors, and the user gained access to the benefits of the support programme.

4.2. In the case of a subscription, the user may cancel further charges; however, funds for payments already made are not refunded, except in cases provided for in clause 2.1.
