Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is the User's payment on the website.

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the Agreement is considered concluded.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor provides the User with access to the project support programme, which includes:

• •access to informational materials (photos, videos, reports)
• •participation in the project community
• •receiving non-material bonuses (statuses, badges, special marks)

2.2. Payment is made as a fee for access to the specified programme (subscription).

2.3. This Agreement is not a charitable assistance or donation agreement.

3. Subscription Types

3.1. The following participation options are available on the website:

• •basic subscription level
• •standard subscription level
• •maximum subscription level

3.2. Each subscription level differs in the scope of access to materials, the number of bonuses, and the level of project participation.

3.3. The current description of each subscription level's content, pricing, and terms are published on the relevant page of the website.

4. Payment Procedure

4.1. Payment is made online via payment services (including LiqPay).

4.2. The User may choose a one-time payment or set up a subscription with regular charges.

4.3. In the case of a subscription, funds are charged automatically in accordance with the selected plan.

5. Subscription Management

5.1. After subscribing, the User gains access to their personal account on the website.

5.2. In the personal account, the User may:

• •view their active subscription
• •change the subscription level
• •cancel the subscription

5.3. Cancellation of the subscription is possible at any time and means the cessation of future charges.

5.4. After cancellation, access to materials is retained until the end of the paid period.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

• •provide access to the project's functionality and materials
• •ensure the technical ability to use the service

6.2. The User undertakes to:

• •provide accurate information when making payments
• •not use the service for unlawful purposes

7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the website.

7.2. Payments already made are non-refundable, except in cases of error or technical failure.

8. Liability

8.1. The Contractor is not liable for failures in payment systems, internet, or other services beyond its control.

8.2. The liability of the parties is limited to the amount of the payment made.

9. Term of the Agreement

9.1. The Agreement is in force from the moment of acceptance until the cessation of use of the service.

9.2. The User has the right to stop using the service at any time.
