My story 🐾
Alda was found on the streets of Kyiv in terrible condition — exhausted, unable to move. She couldn't eat or drink because severe inflammation in her mouth had turned every swallow into unbearable pain.
The vet has already performed the first surgery, removing the most painful teeth. But this is only the beginning. In a month, Alda needs a second procedure to remove all remaining teeth. This is what happens to cats who were poorly fed at home or survived by eating from garbage — chronic inflammation destroys their teeth completely. Dental pain for a small animal is pure suffering, and Alda endured it for far too long.
Right now she's quietly recovering and sleeping without pain for the first time in a long while. But there's still one more hard day ahead — and we want her to face it knowing she's not alone.
We're looking for:
- Godparents — people who can help cover the cost of her second surgery next month
- A forever family — loving owners ready to welcome her into their home for good
⚠️ Alda should go to a home with no other cats.
